Pop-Up That Pop-In
sponsored post
This technology have been around for quite some time now but I still see a number of websites using pop-up ad.A lot of browser now have anti pop-up mechanism built into them thus making such tactics less effective.
Furthermore, if your are marketing online using Pay Per Click(PPC) ads via Google or Overture (and most other PPC search engines) then you got a problem.
Pop-ups are not allowed on the page where you link from your PPC ads on those search engines.
Well, fear not cause a floating DHTML can solve this issue.
Its like a pop-up but it doesn't open in a new browser but instead it is part of the page itself and still clickable.
Now a slight bad news is that floating DHTML can still be killed if Internet Explorer settings are on the highest.
The good news, Microsoft state that most people won't go into that setting because most website will fail to function properly at that level.
You can learn about creating such DHTML for free at Dynamic Drive website.
If you can't be bothered with getting a mild headache, then head on down to Instant Attention to purchase your code and also to see how the floating DHTML actually works (it's the yellow Post-It note like thingy).
